Deana Feldman has over one decade of experience servicing the Greater Toronto Area’s real estate market under some of the largest condominium developers in the city. Deana provides a value-add service model, with a specialization in; pre-construction condominium advisory, high-rise resale, and luxury single family resale.

With her attention to detail when it comes to layouts, a pulse on future proposed developments, her strong developer relationships, and a hard work ethic – Deana’s clients are provided with inner-circle access to the best choices in the world of Toronto’s pre-construction real estate market.

Outside of her real estate career, Deana had previously worked in international sales and marketing for film production and distribution firms in Toronto and Los Angeles. During her time in Los Angeles, she grew her appreciation for luxury real estate, and was enthralled by the beautiful homes in Beverly Hills (Gateway & The Flats), Trousdale, and Malibu. Upon her return to Toronto, Deana has capitalized on her exposure to high-end Los Angeles real estate to better serve her Toronto clients in the luxury single family resale space.

Deana is often commended for providing clients with a high caliber of service, and for sharing her abundance of knowledge with her clients, to ensure they feel informed and comfortable with the process. Her ease in cultivating and fostering relationships along with her never-ending willingness to listen and learn are the reasons for her continued success over the years.
